Abstract

|
The purpose of this article is to research empowerment approach as a social work practice method and possibility to use of activating technique of sociodrama as a empowerment practice method. For purpose of this article we study concept and character of practice of empowerment in social work practice, level of empowerment practice, concept & way of practice & aim of sociodrama. applicability of empowerment practice of sociodrama is discussed through literature review. As a result sociodrama is corresponded with the purpose of various factor depending on level of empowerment practice and especially self-empowerment and individual-empowerment is well presented. Possibility of empowerment practice is suggested by analysing role of specialist and sociodrama director which is important in empowerment construction. Finally, sociodrama propose future research and limitation about possibility of application as empowerment practice method in social work practice territory.
